Developing innovation competences in schools. A practical perspective

چکیده
This article argues that the development of innovation competences should take a more formalised role within national education curriculum. The authors have developed list eighteen based on literature review and consultations with experts, empirical results from study commissioned by Polish Ministry Development. main purpose was to propose set measures recommendations in regard reform system Poland. Based extensive data hypotheses necessary further investigate possible relationships between variables analysed during Ministry, which include some demographic characteristics teachers their attitudes towards those competences. Although this is not first endeavour research develop such competences, added value particular acceptance implementation findings as benchmark system. are both teacher educators, we position our Translational Research, attempting bridge gap basic world practice, involves teachers, well school system-level leaders.
